He was there 45 minutes later and assessed the issue and was able to take care of it. He even spent some time educating me on my unit and making sure I knew how to take care of it. He was friendly, personable, and professional. I was impressed and thankful to have someone local that did such a great job. I will be glad to recommend and use him again.”
